Hello,
I'm Chrissie (she/her), welcome to my couples and relationship practice! I have over 11 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I have been married for over 15 years and understand the dedication relationships require. I describe my approach as direct, non-judgmental, and human. At the heart of everything, we are all just humans navigating the world for the first time. I offer a limited amount of in person sessions on Saturdays in Winter Park, FL. I also have virtual options. 

My Offerings:
- Couples Therapy: I would love to sit beside you to help you resolve conflicts, improve communication, rekindle desire, and feel more emotionally connected to your partner. If you are a couple considering marriage, I offer premarital counseling to proactively address any concerns and help you build a relationship that can withstand life's challenges. I am trained in Gottman Level 1 & 2 and am a Certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator.

- Discernment Counseling: I understand that sometimes marriages do not work, no matter how hard we try. I am trained in discernment counseling, where the goal is clarity and confidence about the future rather than reconciliation. This is a short-term therapy process designed for couples considering divorce, often when one partner wants to move forward with divorce and the other wants to save the marriage. I received my training in Discernment Counseling from The Doherty Relationship Institute, LLC.
